All Levels Heated Vinyasa - These classes are designed to be accessible to all levels or practice, from raw beginners to seasoned practitioners. Vinyasa classes move between postures in a carefully designed sequence to help restore balance and vitality to the body and mind.
All Levels Low-Heat Vinyasa - Same style as Heated Vinyasa but taught in a gently heated room. Idea for those who are sensitive to high heat.
All Levels Low Heat Restorative and Guided Meditation - This class moves at a much slower pace then a Vinyasa class. We move through a series of gentle supportive postures to calm the nervous system and open the body for effortless breathing. Class concludes with guided relaxation and meditation.
Advanced Vinyasa - These classes are for more seasoned practitioners although ALL LEVELS are always welcome. Come do what you can and have fun! In advanced vinyasa we delve deeper into more complex poses including inversions, deep hip openers, arm balances, and back bends. This class ends (usually) with a 10 minute guided meditation.
